Unless otherwise stated in writing, no warranty is provided beyond applicable manufacturer warranties. Landscaping materials are living products and may be affected by weather, soil conditions, maintenance practices, pests, disease, and other factors outside our control.
Concrete may experience normal shrinkage cracking, color variations, surface imperfections, and weather-related changes, which are not considered defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Montes Landscaping & Concrete Services, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
